I’m Charles Haeberle.
My leadership style is dynamic and adaptable, combining transformational and transactional approaches with a focus on inspirational motivation and servant leadership. I believe in fostering strong relationships, valuing feedback, and emotional intelligence. My mindset is research-based and objective, always open to new ideas and committed to innovation and growth. While being action-oriented, I highly value collaboration, emphasizing the importance of diverse perspectives and rapid experimentation.
With over two decades of experience in various leadership capacities, including multi-tiered people leadership, cross-functional and global team management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. I have worked in environments ranging from startups to large enterprises and have also contributed to several universities as an adjunct faculty member and guest lecturer.
I live in the Greater Philadelphia region with my wife, 3 kids and our Weimaraner. I’ve dedicated my career to creating impactful experiences, and teams that design them.
I'm currently on the search for a new opportunity to serve as a UX Director for Product and/or Marketing within a large, purpose-driven organization that values strategic thinking and innovation.
My educational background includes a BFA in Graphic & Interactive Design from Temple University's Tyler School of Art & Architecture and an MBA in Leadership from Penn State, Great Valley. This blend of creative and leadership education has equipped me to excel across a variety of industries, including Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Toy, Entertainment, Sports, Financial, and HR. My expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, such as User Experience, Product Design, Design Systems, Marketing Design, Service Design, Design Operations, and more. I've developed a comprehensive skill set that also includes Environmental Graphics, Packaging, Branding, and Graphic Design.
